Standard shutter orders require approximate production time of:

• 30 - 40 working days for shutters painted a standard color.
• 35 - 45 working days for shutters stained a standard color.

Standard Order - Custom size rectangular movable-louver style shutters with standard component dimensions (stiles, rails, louvers) - finished in a standard color.

All shutters are custom made to order, and every order is given the same careful attention to construction and finishing details. We will not rush orders, cut corners, or compromise quality to reduce production time. Our primary concern is to make certain your shutters and our service are of the highest quality and meet your expectations in every way.

Shipping dates may vary depending the number of orders we have in production, seasonal demand, etc. Custom colors, special shapes, and unique requests require additional production time.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship by FedEx Ground, UPS, and common carrier. Because we do not control their schedules, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. Shipping to a business address normally results in quicker delivery than to a residence. We will notify you when your order has been shipped and assist you if there are any delivery problems. Delivery is usually to your front door. If you require an unusual delivery, such as carrying cartons up flights of stairs, the carrier may impose a surcharge.
